Silicon carbide
Silicon carbide has good corrosion resistance, high hardness, excellent thermal conductivity properties and resistance to temperature flucturation. It can be used wildly in chemical industry, shipping, automobile and other fields. Lihe provide both the reachion silicone carbide and pressureless silicone carbide. All the rings which outer diameter from 8mm to 400mm is doable.

Tungsten Carbide is the most excellent seal face material in the seal material world.
It has High-polished, Great wear-resistance, extremely high toughness and corrosion-resistance. Lihe can provide Tungsten Carbide ( cobalt bonded ) and Tungsten Carbide ( nickel bonded ). All the rings which outer diameter from 8mm to 400mm is doable.

Bonded Nd-Fe-B Magnets
The bonded NdFeB Magnets material can be made into complicated shapes and packaging, as well produced with close tolerances off tool, with little or no finishing required. It is isotropic and can be magnetized in any direction, and with multiple poles. The energy product of the bonded form is much lower than that of the sintered form - up to 10 MGOe.

AlNiCo Magnets
Excellent temperature stability, high residual induction, and relatively high energies characterize Alnico materials, composed primarily of alloys of Aluminum, Nickel, and Cobalt. They are manufactured through either an casting or sintering process.
Cast magnets may be manufactured in complex shapes, such as horseshoes, not possible with other magnet materials. Sintered alnicos offer slightly lower magnetic properties but better mechanical characteristics than cast Alnicos. Cast Alnico 5 is the most commonly used of all the cast Alnicos. This material is used extensively in rotaing machinery, meters, instruments, sensing devices, and applications.

SmCo magnets
SmCo magnets have very high magnetic properties and temperature properties. Their curie temperature can be as high as 710 to 880 oC. Maximum working temperature can be 250 to 350oC. So this kind of magnets have the best magnetic stability. They are very good magnetic material for motors and other application with very strict working environment requirement. |
